About the Role:
We're looking for a reliable and organized Admin Staff member to join our team. If you have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and can manage multiple tasks efficiently, we'd love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office documentation and filing systems
Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments
Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
Support daily office operations and staff requests
Maintain and order office supplies
Perform basic bookkeeping or data entry tasks as needed
Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus)
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-Good communication skills
-Ability to multitask and prioritize work
-Prior administrative or office experience preferred
