Transportation Logistics

  • Coordinate inbound transportation via various modes (truckload, containerized shipments, etc.).

Reporting and Documentation

  • Submits weekly Logistics Delivery Report.
  • Checks and monitors local shipments distribution.
  • Checks documents and billings processed by Logistic Staff.

Inventory Management

  • Allocates incoming local and international shipments.
  • Collaborate with demand planning to optimize inventory levels and minimize stock-outs.
  • Manage inventory batch control processes.
  • Manage inventory rotation, ensuring the use of materials within designated shelf life or expiration parameters.

Outbound Distribution and Customer Service

  • Oversee plan and schedule of outbound shipments ensuring on-time delivery and meeting customer requirements.
  • Troubleshoots changes on the delivery schedules by making necessary adjustments on time, truckers, and alternate routes to ensure deliveries based on the schedule and urgency.
  • Build relationships with logistics providers to secure reliable and cost-effective transportation solutions.
  • Resolve customer issues related to delivery, product quality, or unexpected disruptions.

Data-Driven Optimization

  • Analyze logistics data (costs, lead times, damage rates, on-time delivery) to identify areas for improvement
  • and cost reduction.
  • Recommends competitive freight costs from different carriers and Forwarders.
  • Continuously monitor and refine logistics processes to maximize efficiency.
  • Explore new technologies and logistics solutions for potential efficiency gains.

Team Leadership

  • Supervise and mentor logistic staff and transportation coordinators involved in logistics operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
