The candidate shall be responsible for developing strategies and priorities to accomplish base department score card objectives. He/She delivers base department score card by ensuring processes are at optimum conditions, supporting the organization to remove road blocks, and providing necessary resources with right competencies and abilities. He/She takes the lead in driving the changes and transformation.

  • Responsible for Inventory Management, efficient trucking operations and efficient and profitable constructive export operations
  • Leads the feasibility study for opening new sites.
  • Leads the projects and compliance team in setting up facilities
  • Monitors compliance to government requirements related to operations
  • Ensures that the company is well represented in government and industry related meetings that would enhance the company's competitiveness and competency.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of B.S. Industrial Engineering or any 4-year business course
  • With at least 3 years of relevant work experience in managerial capacity
  • Working knowledge of supply chain management
  • With background in warehousing and logistics
  • Possesses strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php80,000.00 per month
