About the Role

We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented team member to join our specialty bulk foods store. As a Specialty Grocer Attendant, you'll play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers — from guiding them through the refill process to ensuring our shelves are well-stocked, clean, and inviting. This role is perfect for someone who values sustainability, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with bulk refills, weighing, and packaging.
  • Provide product knowledge and excellent customer service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store and refill stations.
  • Restock shelves and ensure items are displayed neatly.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items.
  • Handle transactions accurately at the counter.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Good English skills in both written and spoken.
  • High attention to detail and organisational ability.
  • Comfortable with basic math and handling transactions.
  • Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly living is a plus.
