Lemon Law Case Manager

About Us:
We are a consumer protection law firm specializing in lemon law cases. Our mission is to advocate for clients who have purchased defective vehicles and ensure they receive the compensation or resolution they deserve. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Case Manager to join our team and play a key role in client communication, case management, and coordination with manufacturers and attorneys.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for retained clients, providing regular case updates and answering questions. (80% phone calls, 20% emails)
- Maintain and update case information accurately in our CRM system.
- Communicate and follow up with automobile manufacturers regarding claims and case progress.
- Track case deadlines and ensure timely completion of all required steps.
- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to ensure smooth case progression.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in US lemon law case management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php72, Php90,000.00 per month
