Job Title: Case Manager (Significant Injury / Personal Injury)

Schedule: 8 hours daily

Shift: 12 AM – 9 AM PH Time (PST Time Zone)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Significant Injury Case Manager to oversee all aspects of pre-litigation personal injury cases, with a primary focus on coordinating medical care for clients with serious injuries.

This is a long-term opportunity for a professional who is organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy, and who can thrive while managing a high-volume caseload. You'll join a growing firm with significant potential for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and send letters of representation; open claims with insurance companies
  • Request, track, and manage medical records, billing, and police reports
  • Initiate and monitor health insurance claims
  • Upload, maintain, and organize documents in Filevine (case management system)
  • Coordinate, schedule, and calendar medical appointments
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear communication and timely updates
  • Manage and monitor the entire scope of medical care for seriously injured clients to ensure timely and appropriate treatment
  • Handle escalations with professionalism and effectively deescalate client concerns
  • Follow and maintain Associate Case Manager (ACM) responsibilities and checklist in addition to assigned tasks

Qualifications

  • Priority / Non-Negotiable Requirements:
  • Excellent grammar, communication, and writing skills
  • Neutral / No discernible accent
  • US experience is a must (preferably in personal injury case management)
  • Proven case management experience (personal injury law strongly preferred)
  • Able to effectively manage 80+ ongoing cases simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Skilled in coordinating medical care between patients and practitioners
  • Prior experience handling escalations and conflict resolution
  • Customer-focused with strong ability to build client trust and rapport
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office; prior Filevine experience is a plus
  • Dependable, punctual, and proactive with the ability to work independently
  • Capable of clearly explaining medical processes and treatment plans to clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
