RTM Law, APC is looking for a motivated, curious, and proactive addition to our growing team. We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will have strong digital expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to position our firm as a trusted leader in personal injury law.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Define target audiences and create campaigns to reach and engage them.
- Plan and manage digital budgets, ensuring efficient ROI.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Website & SEO
- Oversee website strategy, design, updates, and performance.
- Manage SEO efforts: keyword research, on-page optimization, backlinks, and local SEO.
- Ensure website content is optimized for lead generation and user experience.
- Monitor site analytics and conversion metrics using Google Analytics or similar tools.
Media
- Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
- Optimize campaigns for cost efficiency and lead quality.
- Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and calls-to-action.
- Track and report ROI on all paid channels.
Content Marketing
- Develop and manage content calendars across digital platforms.
- Oversee blog, video, email, and social content production.
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice, compliance requirements, and client interests.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors on creative production.
Social Media Management
- Build and execute social media strategy across all relevant platforms.
- Monitor engagement, respond to inquiries, and maintain consistent posting.
- Run paid social media campaigns and measure their performance.
- Leverage social channels to build community and increase visibility.
Email Marketing & CRM
- Manage email campaigns (newsletters, client updates, nurture sequences).
- Segment audiences for targeted campaigns.
- Track open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Maintain client databases and ensure accuracy of contact information.
Partnerships & Engagements
- Take the lead in promoting the law firm by building our reputation and increasing visibility through campaigns, events, and community partnerships.
- Plan and run outreach efforts that strengthen RTM Law's connection with the community.
- Ensure news, updates, interviews, and campaign highlights are shared with media outlets.
- Work with brand representatives to network and build partnerships with local businesses (e.g., autobody shops).
- Create and organize campaigns that showcase RTM Law's values and services, helping us remain visible and trusted in the community.
Analytics & Reporting
- Measure and report performance of all digital campaigns.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data.
- Monitor KPIs such as traffic, conversions, cost per lead, and client acquisition.
- Create dashboards for leadership to track marketing performance.
Team & Vendor Management
- Supervise and mentor junior marketing staff or contractors.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, or freelancers.
- Ensure all deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
Compliance & Branding
- Ensure marketing complies with industry regulations (e.g., legal advertising guidelines in California).
- Maintain consistent branding across all channels.
- Protect firm reputation through careful monitoring of public communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master's or relevant certifications a plus).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing, preferably in professional services, legal, healthcare, or other client-service industries.
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, PPC, content marketing, email marketing, social media strategy, and digital advertising.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Proficiency with analytics and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
- Experience in website management and optimization (WordPress or similar CMS).
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different digital channels and audiences.
- Data-driven mindset with proven ability to set, track, and report on KPIs (traffic, lead generation, conversion, ROI).
- Skilled in CRM integration and marketing automation tools to improve lead nurturing and conversion.
- Familiarity with brand management, reputation monitoring, and online reviews in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with attorneys, operations, and business development teams.
- Creative thinker with a proactive, problem-solving approach and the ability to adapt strategies based on performance metrics.
- Experience managing budgets, agencies, and vendor relationships effectively.
