As a Structured Settlement Case Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating all aspects of the structured settlement process. You'll serve as the operational backbone for our Settlement Consultants, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and delivering top-tier service at every stage of the case.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of structured settlement cases from intake through funding
  • Act as a liaison between consultants, attorneys, clients, and insurers
  • Ensure compliance with IRS regulations and government benefit preservation strategies
  • Assist in implementing attorney fee deferrals and trust solutions
  • Maintain meticulous records and uphold service excellence standards
  • Thrive in a collaborative, remote team environment while maintaining independent accountability

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in structured settlement case management or settlement planning
  • Deep understanding of structured settlements, tax guidelines, and benefit preservation
  • Familiarity with attorney fee deferral strategies and trust products
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree, Life & Health Insurance license, (especially in legal/financial contexts)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php70,000.00 per month
