Job Position: Case Manager
Hours: 8 hours
Shift: 12 AM to 9 AM PH TIME (PST time zone)
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Significant Injury Case Manager to oversee all aspects of pre-litigation personal injury cases, with a primary focus on managing medical care for clients with serious injuries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and send letters of representation; open claims with insurance companies
- Request and manage prior medical records, billing, and police reports
- Initiate and track health insurance claims
- Upload and organize all relevant documents into our case management system (Filevine)
- Coordinate, schedule, and calendar medical appointments
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and responsiveness
- Manage and monitor the full scope of medical care for seriously injured clients to ensure timely and appropriate treatment
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in personal injury law strongly preferred
- Excellent customer service and verbal/written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and case management software (Filevine experience is a plus)
- Reliable, punctual, and responsive to both clients and team members
- Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently
- Capable of clearly explaining medical processes and encouraging necessary care to clients
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php50,000.00 per month
