Sales Staff

Sales and Business Development:
- Actively engage with potential customers to understand their needs and promote products/services that meet those needs.
- Present and demonstrate the features, advantages, and benefits of the company's products or services to prospective clients.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, working towards increasing sales revenue and market share.
- Prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Follow up with leads and customer inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments to help expand the company's reach.
- Conduct market research to understand competitors' offerings, industry trends, and customer preferences.
Customer Service and Support:
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
- Assist customers in selecting products and services that best suit their needs.
- Offer after-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Ensure that all customer interactions are documented and tracked for follow-up actions.
Sales Administration:
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager, including details of sales activities, prospects, and performance against targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales transactions, customer interactions, and activities in the CRM system.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts as needed.
- Coordinate with the logistics or operations team to ensure timely delivery of products or services to customers.
- Assist in organizing and participating in promotional events, trade shows, and product demonstrations.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Share feedback with the sales team and management to improve sales strategies and customer service processes.
- Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company goals.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php17, Php19,000.00 per month
