Sales Representative

Job Description: The Sales Associate is responsible for promoting and selling tiles, mosaics, slabs, and stone products to retail and corporate clients. The role involves assisting customers in selecting the right products, providing product knowledge and recommendations, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process. The Sales Associate will also support the company's sales targets through proactive client engagement, showroom assistance, and after-sales service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing detailed product information and recommendations.
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions in tiles, mosaics, slabs, and stone products.
- Prepare and present product quotations, proposals, and sales orders.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Maintain product displays, sample boards, and ensure the showroom is presentable and organized.
- Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse staff for stock availability and timely delivery.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients, contractors, designers, and architects.
- Keep updated with industry trends, new product lines, and competitor activities.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in marketing initiatives such as trade shows, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications:
- At least College Level or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or any related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Work experience in sales, preferably in construction materials, tiles, ceramics, slabs, or related building/finishing products is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and basic POS or sales systems.
- Flexible, hardworking, and willing to work showroom hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
- With a pleasing personality and the ability to work in a team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
