Recruitment and Selection:

  • Invites applicants for interviews as pre-screened by the HR Recruitment Head.
  • Administers, checks, and updates psychological and aptitude exams of all applicants.
  • Conducts initial interviews for all rank-and-file positions.
  • Endorses shortlisted rank-and-file applicants for further interviews with the HR Recruitment Head.
  • Assists in endorsing successful candidates to the requesting department for final interviews or approval.
  • Provides instructions to successful applicants regarding pre-employment requirements and monitors the completion of all necessary documents.
  • Endorses successful candidates for employment background checks, particularly for critical positions such as Front Desk Receptionists and Therapists.
  • Administers onboarding forms such as Employee Information Sheet, ATM Application, and Non-Disclosure Agreement.
  • Creates 201 files of all rank-and-file employees and endorses them to the HR Benefits Head for encoding and further processing.

Recruitment Events and Partnerships:

  • Assists in recruitment initiatives such as HR networks, employee referral programs, job fairs, PESO partnerships, and school tie-ups.
  • Represents the company in PESO job fairs and other recruitment events, handling applicant screening, company promotion, and documentation of interested candidates.
  • Sustains and promotes tie-ups with colleges, universities, and local recruitment offices in the city to maintain a continuous talent pipeline.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Updates and maintains the applicant database, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepares and submits recruitment reports and hiring summaries to the HR Recruitment Head.
  • Generates reports related to recruitment metrics, job fair results, and applicant tracking as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong background in candidate assessment, documentation, and onboarding.
  • Experience in job fair participation, PESO coordination, and school partnerships preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and applicant tracking systems.
  • Willing to travel and represent the company in external hiring activities.

Pay: Php25, Php28,000.00 per month
