Shift Manager 1 is responsible for the overall shift operations, customer experience, sales performance, and execution of brand excellence at the restaurant level. In the absence of the Restaurant Manager, the Shift Manager 1 effectively is the Restaurant Leader. Shift Manager typically supervises a shift by carrying out management responsibilities consistent with Max's policies, procedures and legal requirements.

The Shift Manager 1 is the Quality and Cost Champion - in charge of the following deliverables: quality management and variable cost management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree holder preferably HRM or equivalent
  • With 2 years of experience as a Supervisor in similar industry
  • Experience in QSR or Retail is an advantage
  • Experience in Planning and Leading

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php24,000.00 per month
