About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Systems Management Consultant who will provide advanced technical support for desktop and enterprise applications — specializing in endpoint engineering, browser management, and PowerShell.

You will be responsible for ensuring optimal application performance, lifecycle management, and troubleshooting in a complex IT environment.


Non-Negotiable Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree in IT or related field OR minimum of 5 years equivalent IT experience

Proven experience in a technical support role – specifically with desktop applications

Strong understanding of:

  • Windows registry and application installation/configuration
  • Operating systems (Windows, macOS) and desktop application environments

    Hands-on experience with M365 Apps for Enterprise, Adobe Digital Media, or Emulation Applications

    Proficiency in ServiceNow (incident and service request management)

    Excellent communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills

    Amenable to work onsite (Hybrid Setup) and on a Night Shift Schedule

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell)
  • Experience with remote desktop support tools
  • Knowledge of network protocols and troubleshooting
  • Certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, ITIL)
  • Experience creating Test Plans/Test Cases and supporting M365 applications
