Qualifications: (to be assigned at Carmona, Cavite)

· At least 8 years experience in manufacturing supervision (preferably plastics, Injection, or extrusion)

· Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

· Familiarity with ISO standards and production KPIs

· Willingness to work night shifts and manage production schedules

Job Summary: Key Responsibilities: - Supervise production activities and personnel during night shift.

Job Description:

· Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor issues

· Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols

· Coordinate with maintenance and quality assurance dept for issue resolution

Prepare shift reports and turnover documentation

Preferred Skills:

· Knowledge of pipe extrusion or injection molding processes

  • Basic understanding of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), 5S, and lean manufacturing principles
