Job Description:

  • Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring operational strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Support the Operations Director in improving processes across logistics, retail, inventory, and after-sales.
  • Provide operational insights to management and help create action plans for execution.
  • Logistics & Supply Chain Management
  • Coordinate with HQ/China for shipment schedules, stock requirements, and product allocations.
  • Ensure timely importation, customs clearance, and delivery of stocks to the main warehouse and retail branches.
  • Monitor inbound/outbound logistics, ensuring minimal delays and accurate documentation.
  • Warehouse & Inventory Operations
  • Oversee warehouse performance, including accuracy of inventory, picking/packing efficiency, and stock movement.
  • Ensure proper storage, safety compliance, and adherence to warehouse SOPs.
  • Monitor stock levels, slow-moving items, fast-moving items, and inventory risks.
  • Retail Operations Oversight
  • Coordinate with Authorized Retail Stores (ARS) and store supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Oversee compliance to store standards, merchandising guidelines, staffing schedules, and sales targets.
  • Assist in reviewing store performance and executing operational improvements.
  • After-Sales & Service Center Coordination
  • Oversee service center operations, including repairs, parts availability, turnaround time, and customer handling.
  • Ensure after-sales team complies with DJI global standards.
  • Support in resolving escalated customer concerns and warranty issues.
  • Process Improvement & Compliance
  • Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all operational departments.
  • Ensure company policies, local compliance requirements, and DJI global guidelines are followed.
  • Conduct audits and checks across warehouse, retail stores, and service centers.
  • Supervise department heads under operations (warehouse, logistics, retail operations, service center).
  • Mentor and support staff to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Assist in manpower planning, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Prepare regular operational reports for the Operations Director and top management.
  • Coordinate with finance, sales, marketing, HR, and procurement for cross-functional alignment.
  • Ensure proper communication with HQ teams for operations-related concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in operations; tech/retail/electronics industry is a strong advantage.
  • Experience managing logistics, warehouse, retail, and after-sales operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication in English and Filipino (Chinese/Mandarin is a plus).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace; knowledge of ERP/WMS systems is an advantage.
  • Fluent in Filipino (Tagalog), English and Chinese (Mandarin)
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and handle multiple departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php100,000.00 per month
