We're seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to lead the development and content creation of our overall brand social strategy. If you have a proven track record in Cosmetic Marketing and Content Creation, we invite you to join our branding team.

【Responsibility】

Strategy & Vision: Develop a comprehensive, multi-platform social media strategy that aligns with product launches, and business goals. Own the social content calendar, ensuring a consistent, compelling, and cohesive narrative across all channels.

Content Creation & Curation: Lead the end-to-end conceptualization and production of makeup-related content, have deep understanding of how to visualize product USPs, write brand-right copy that educates, entertains, and inspires action.

Community Management & Growth: Foster a vibrant, inclusive, and engaged community. Go beyond vanity metrics. Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)

Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the KOL Marketing and Brand Manager to ensure a unified brand message and amplify creator content.

Media Buy: Launch, monitor, and optimize media buy campaigns(TT Ads/META Ads). This includes audience targeting, bid strategies, and budget pacing.

【Job Requirements】

  1. 3+ years of experience in a social media role with direct hands-on experience in managing paid social campaigns, specifically within the beauty, FMCG.

  2. A proven portfolio of successful social campaigns that you can articulate the strategy, creative concept.

  3. Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut) .

  4. Experience in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads is a plus, but not mandatory.

  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and leadership skills is needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45, Php60,000.00 per month
