QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least Associate's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
  • Bachelor's Degree Holders in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial) is highly competitive
  • PRC licensed or BOSH or COSH Certificate and TESDA Nat'l Certificate (NC II or IIII) is optional but an advantage
  • Preferably with 2 to 3 years work experience in a retail equipment maintenance or supervisory capacity
  • Knowledgeable on any CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and Safety Standards (Fire and Health)
  • Familiarity with local and imported rotisserie brands
  • ​Knowledgeable in using of Hand, Power tools, Tester, Multimeter, Clampmeter, and any tools related for maintenance service
  • ​Must have good communications skills, both oral and written
  • Must have good interpersonal skills

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Design and improve Preventive Maintenance Service for Restaurant Group (Take-Out and Dine-In), which may include but not limited to:

  2. Troubleshooting and Equipment Calibration Guide

  3. Basic and Safety Operation guide for store equipment

​- Spare parts inventory system and Equipment Health reports

  1. Cascade and facilitate trainings for Engineering & Maintenance Personnel for Systems-related processes

  2. Develop cascade/training materials for recommended Systems processes

  3. Collaborate with Training Team to further build the capabilities of Maintenance personnel

  4. Monitor Preventive Maintenance Services (PMS) and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime

  5. Monitor engineering and maintenance-related ticketing systems for performance and status reports

  6. Prepare report / present analysis on the performance/progress of Maintenance Team for Management's decision
