Job Description:

  • Conduct property inspections and identify building defects or repair needs.
  • Assist in planning and supervising maintenance works and minor projects.
  • Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and tenants regarding engineering concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and building standards.
  • Prepare basic reports and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (fresh grads welcome).
  • Basic knowledge of construction/maintenance concepts.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work on-site in General Trias, Cavite.
