As an Accounting Supervisor atTent King Corporation, you will lead the accounting team, manage financial operations, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This role is vital in supporting strategic decision-making through accurate financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and management reports.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Conduct account reconciliations and assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and performance evaluations for the accounting team.
  • Collaborate with auditors and regulatory agencies during audits and compliance checks.
  • Implement and improve financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Monitor tax obligations and ensure timely and accurate filings.
  • Analyze financial data to support management in decision-making.
  • Address and resolve complex accounting issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
  • Preferably with supervisorial experience in manufacturing company
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality in handling financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
