Duties and responsibilities :

  • Implement Code of Discipline and Ethics and provide advise on inquiries pertaining to the policy
  • Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances
  • Prepare memos, serve and monitor timely service to employees in relation to administrative cases
  • Prepare minutes of meeting during administrative hearing
  • Regularly reviews and monitors cases
  • Oversee performance management, goal setting, and feedback processes.
  • Lead employee relations, prompt concern resolution.
  • Manage compensation, benefits, and HR records.
  • Provide skill-enhancing and safe work environment
  • Stay updated on HR trends for strategic enhancement.
  • Manage full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to selection.
  • Implement strategies for top talent attraction and retention.
  • Collaborate with senior management for growth insights.
  • Foster inclusive work environment, promote open communication.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws & construction standards.

Qualifications:

  • With extensive work experience in HR Management, especially in construction and experience in shared services company is an advantage.
  • Registered Psychometrician is an advantage
  • Deep knowledge of labor laws, regulations and best practices
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Handle sensitive HR matters with integrity and confidentiality, proactively address HR challenges
  • Align HR with business goals strategically
