Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing requirements and role specifications.
  • Post job openings on various platforms and manage candidate pipelines.
  • Conduct initial assessments and facilitate interview scheduling.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Serve as a point of contact between Recruitment and hiring teams to align recruitment efforts with business needs.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and candidate status.
  • Assist in planning and executing recruitment strategies based on feedback and workforce planning.

Operations Support:

  • Prepare and analyze recruitment reports and metrics.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in recruitment processes and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.
  • Open to Fresh Grad (with Recruitment Experience during internship)
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in high-volume recruitment or industries such as BPO, tech, or retail.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
