Job Title: Recruitment Specialist (US Hiring)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days work-from-home)
Office Location: McKinley West, Taguig City
Work Schedule: Night Shift, 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM (to align with US business hours)
Compensation: PHP 45,000 – 50,000 (inclusive package) + Commissions 

Note: Training will be conducted fully onsite for the first month. Afterward, the role transitions to a hybrid setup

What You'll Do

  • Partner with the Recruitment Manager and Onshore Staffing Manager to understand client requirements and hiring goals.
  • Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen candidates for technical skills, project experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the candidate pipeline for contract engineering and construction roles, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support the offer and onboarding process for successful placements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the applicant tracking system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, job market conditions, and competitor activity to strengthen recruitment strategies.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience recruiting in the US market.
  • Preferably with experience hiring for engineering or construction roles, especially for contract positions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, and other recruitment tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation and candidate management skills throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable with a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including onshore staffing managers and internal recruitment leads.
