We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to undertake all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires.

Recruitment Specialist responsibilities include connecting with potential candidates online and offline, screening applications and supporting hiring managers.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling interviews, changing the calendar as needed, returning phone calls, and checking emails.
  • Maintaining the candidate database and handling any relevant documentation in collaboration with the Operations Team.
  • Creating and posting job postings on the internet and in print media, must know how to outsource.
  • Background checks and verification of qualifications and experience are used to screen candidates.
  • Onsite greeting of applicants and helping coordinate interviews.
  • Shortlisting callbacks or writing rejection emails.
  • Quickly resolving concerns such as interview cancellations.
  • Assisting successful candidates with the onboarding process, licensing exams, including document preparation and schedule coordination.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Associate, Recruiter or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with the largest job sites like Monster and Indeed
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook and other social media websites.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good written and verbal communications skills
  • Team spirit
  • 1 - 2 years relevant experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • BS in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or a relevant field
