Recruitment Sourcing Specialist

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Sourcing, or Human Resources.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills — both written and verbal.
• Excellent research and networking abilities to identify top candidates.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Source top talent using online channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, and social media platforms.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Craft personalized messages and outreach campaigns to engage passive candidates.
• Plan and support campus hiring, job fairs, and walk-in drives to expand talent reach.
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure every candidate enjoys an exceptional recruitment experience from first contact to onboarding.
• Meet sourcing goals and deadlines while upholding high-quality standards.
