Job Summary:

The Sales Support Lead is responsible for providing overall leadership, direction, and performance management of the Sales Administration function within the Consumer Business Segment. This role oversees a team, including the Sales Admin Manager, to ensure seamless execution of partner management, contract administration, billing validation, commission processing, and policy implementation.

The Lead drives process optimization, enforces compliance with internal controls, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to enable efficient and scalable sales operations. The role also provides high-level reporting, analytics, and decision support to Sales leadership.

Areas of Responsibility, Key Tasks

  • Team Leadership & Oversight
  • Supervise the Sales Admin Manager and team
  • Provide coaching, direction, and feedback
  • Sales Admin Strategy & Planning
  • Define and implement process optimization strategies
  • Align admin operations with sales/business targets
  • Compliance & Internal Controls
  • Enforce audit, compliance, and contract standards
  • Monitor and minimize violations
  • Cross-functional Coordination
  • Act as liaison with Sales, Finance, Legal, and IT
  • Address escalations and resolve bottlenecks
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Consolidate admin reports and dashboards
  • Deliver insights for Sales leadership
  • Partner Engagement Oversight
  • Support resolution of partner-related issues
  • Ensure timely settlements

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years in sales admin or operations, including 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Background in vendor/partner management, billing, and sales operations
  • Proficient in CRM, ERP, and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI)
  • Strong knowledge of contract administration, compliance, and internal controls

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php70,000.00 per month
