Pag-asa Steel seeks a Sales Staff who will be responsible for preparation of accurate sales order bookings, inventory adjustments, billing processing support, and all related monitoring reports.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant prior experience
  • At least one (1) year work experience in office administrative and clerical works
  • Knowledge in processing information; compiling, coding, recording, storing calculating, tabulating, or maintaining information in written or electronic form
  • Knowledge in record management and IMS document control in coordination with the QMS Specialist
  • Service orientation, outstanding interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and email software mandatory, experience with ERP and reporting software a plus
