Job Purpose
The Documentation Assistant is responsible for organizing, reviewing, and maintaining Land Acquisition documentation. The role ensures the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of all documents required for due diligence, legal processing, and transaction readiness.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Review and screen initial Land Acquisition documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Prepare essential documents such as Special Power of Attorney (SPA), Mandate Letters, and other related documents.
- Check due diligence requirements and ensure all supporting documents are valid, complete and up to date.
- Create and maintain a monitoring database for tracking submitted, pending, and approved documents.
- Scan, upload, and organize digital copies in accordance with company filing protocols.
- Maintain physical filing systems, ensuring secure and efficient document retrieval.
- Update document monitoring logs regularly and ensure version control.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Legal Management, or any related field.
- Knowledge and experience in Land Acquisition documentation processes, including due diligence requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel & Word); familiarity with Google Workspace is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity, strong work ethic and commitment to confidentiality.
- Willing to work on-site in Pasig City.
Working Conditions
- Schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (on-site)
