About the Role

We are looking for Tech Recruiters who can help us source, screen, and onboard top-tier IT and engineering talent for our client partners. This role requires someone with strong communication skills, excellent sourcing strategies, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment cycles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Screen and interview applicants to assess technical and cultural fit
  • Coordinate client interviews and provide timely updates
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for various tech roles
  • Work closely with clients to understand hiring needs and job requirements
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment reports
  • Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and other sourcing activities

Qualifications

  • Experience in tech or general recruitment is highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of IT roles (e.g., Developers, Engineers, Analysts, QA, Support)
  • Excellent communication and interviewing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Open to fresh graduates with strong interest in recruitment (training provided)
