About the role

Cresta De Oro is seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our residential sales efforts and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. What you'll be doing

  1. Assist our sales agents in all aspects of sales process, from lead generation to closing deals
  2. Collaborate with the sales team to organize and promote property viewings and open houses
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions
  4. Support the marketing and advertising of our residential properties through various channels; social media platforms
  5. Answer questions / inquiries accurately to ensure client is satisfied
  6. Contribute to the overall growth and success of the Cresta De Oro Sales team

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  3. Proficient in using social media apps and digital tools
  4. A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
  5. Relevant experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the real estate industry

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles
  2. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  3. Fluent in English and Filipino, both written and verbal
