JOB SUMMARY: The Sales Assistant (Admin) will be responsible for supporting the sales team by answering inquiries, processing order requests, drafting sales reports, updating databases, and coordinating deliveries. They can also be the point of contact between the business and its dealers and clients. They will have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist team members by processing order requests, preparing sales invoices, and preparing delivery receipts
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on products and promotions
  • Respond to customer queries promptly, accurately and professionally
  • Receive Purchase Order and input accurate Sales Order through the company process/system.
  • Prepare and review POs, Sales Orders, and Sales Reports accordingly.
  • Inform customers of approved prices and margins as needed.
  • Coordinate with the Ops team and clients/dealers to schedule deliveries.
  • Monitor status of orders and delivery until completion.
  • Create and maintain sales reports and customer databases. Perform analyses as necessary.
  • Collect inventory from the warehouse as necessary
  • Coordinate with Finance on payments, AR status, Debit Memo, Credit Memo
  • Provide ad-hoc support to sales and marketing teams, as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Relevant college degree
  • Atleast 1 year of experience
  • Good typing skills and knowledge of proper grammar and chat etiquette
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Proficient with SAP or other management systems
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Good English communication skills
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
  • Must be adaptable to a fully onsite work setup (5-day work week)
