Qualifications:

  • College Level preferred.

  • Experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based with occasional fieldwork.

  • May require extended hours during peak sales periods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations and sales activities.

  • Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.

  • Process and encode orders in the system.

  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and delivery instructions.

  • Maintain and update customer records and sales reports.

  • Coordinate with warehouse, accounting, and logistics for order fulfillment.

  • Follow up on pending payments and orders.

  • Support in marketing activities and events when required.

  • Needs to assist the accounts anytime from Monday to Friday, there is also Saturday as long as there is business or an account that requires assistance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php17, Php24,000.00 per month
