- Leasing Coordination
• Liaise with landlords, leasing officers, and mall/building administration regarding lease requirements, renewals, and agreements.
• Ensure all leasing documents are complete, properly signed, and filed.
- Coordination with Building Administration
• Act as the point of contact with mall/building admin for operational and construction-related matters.
• Secure necessary building clearances and approvals.
- Construction Permit and Compliance
• Facilitate the processing and securing of construction permits, occupancy permits, fire safety compliance, and other related requirements.
• Ensure all permits and compliance documents are obtained before project commencement and store opening.
- Project Documentation
• Maintain accurate and updated project files, contracts, correspondence, and compliance certificates.
• Prepare and submit project-related reports to the Admin Manager.
- Coordination with Contractors
• Communicate project requirements, timelines, and compliance expectations to contractors.
• Monitor contractor performance and escalate issues to the Admin Manager when necessary.
- Project Completion and Turnover
• Oversee the final inspection and completion of projects.
• Ensure complete turnover to the Operations team, including all necessary documents and compliance certifications.
- Coordination with Involved Departments or Colleagues
• Work closely with Operations, Finance, Purchasing, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution and handover.
• Provide updates and seek approvals as needed.
- Reporting
• Prepare regular status updates and progress reports for the Admin Manager.
• Highlight delays, risks, or issues affecting project timelines and compliance.
