HR Specialist

As the champion of campus engagement and university partnerships, you will represent the company across partner institutions such as but no tlimited to the academe, building strong relationships that enhance our employer brand and ensure a steady pipeline of high-potential graduates. You will design and execute recruitment activities that not only showcase our culture and career opportunities but also keep candidates excited and connected throughout the hiring journey.
Beyond attracting talent, you will lead end-to-end candidate engagement—from pre-boarding touchpoints to a seamless and welcoming onboarding experience—ensuring every new hire feels supported and set up for success from day one.
RECRUITMENT BRANDING
- Acts as a main point person who will handle the campus recruitment initiatives, university events and industry partnerships to build talent pipelines for fresh graduate hiring
- Collaborate with schools, student organizations, and career centers to develop long-term campus relationships
OVERALL RECRUITMENT PROCESS
- Post and maintain job advertisements across various platforms and ensure visibility to attract quality candidates
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and seamless logistics
- Assist recruiters with sourcing candidates, initial screening, and coordinating recruitment events or job fairs
ONBOARDING
- Ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new Trenders - from pre-boarding coordination to day-one logistics.
- Conduct evaluations to measure onboarding effectiveness, gather feedback, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
REPORTING & ANALYTICS
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, interview-to-offer ratio, and candidate feedback
- Support the HR team in improving and streamlining hiring workflows and practices
