Position Overview: The HR Specialist at Happyfoods Corporation will play a key role in supporting various HR functions and initiatives. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively collaborate with multiple departments to ensure HR processes and policies are implemented smoothly and in accordance with company guidelines. The HR Specialist is directly reporting to the HR Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer various HR tasks such as employee onboarding, offboarding, and status changes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements.
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
  • Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct research and provide recommendations on HR best practices.
  • Ensure HR-related data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience 2 years as an HR Specialist or in a similar HR role.
  • Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
