Roles and Responsibilities:


• Process administrative documentation such as but not limited to: Purchase and Product delivery and pick up tracking.


• Assisting Project Manager to organize the installation with clients, suppliers and installation team.


• Update the installer schedule daily


• Process purchase orders and manage the Purchase and Service Orders administration


• Coordinate the installation with clients, Engineers, Project Managers and installers


• Assist in client payment collections as needed.


• Scheduling of Energy Efficient Installation


• Organize Elevating Work Platform (EWP) Hire and Transport


• Able to handle 3 to 4 Franchisees
