Junior Project Architect

Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines Madamba Builders and Trading Corp. Full time ₱250,000 - ₱300,000 per year
  • Preparation of Mobilization Requirements
  • Assess and prepare / validate BOQ and BOM of of a particular project assigned and given by the Project Manager
  • Preparation of Site Requirements e.g. Site Barracks, Temporary Facilities, including Coordination with the building Admin.
  • Leads the day-to-day operation of the construction group making sure that a high quality program of construction work within the expected time schedule and projected budget is delivered.
  • Responsible in the preparation of material request, delivery permits, pull-out forms
  • Prepare and secure working permits and approvals as per project requirement
  • Coordinate the production, procurement of tools, equipment and materials needed
  • Allocate, supervise, assign and discipline manpower for deployment
  • Execute the project according to contract, plans and drawings
  • Update necessary working permits and gate pass for project site
  • Coordinate with purchasing and warehousing teams for timely delivery of tools, equipment and materials
  • Ensure the availability of skilled workers for the required task
  • Coordinate with sub-contractors for project requirements
  • Maintain the health and safety of the construction area
  • Performs other duties/ other functions/ other tasks which may be assigned from time to time
  • Must be willing to accept nightshift work as per project requirement
  • Must be willing to be relocated outside of Metro Manila as per project requirement
  • Must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
