The Project Admin works closely with Design Engineers to organize and track technical files and Bills of Quantities (BOQs). In addition, the Project Admin is responsible for supporting the preparation, organization, tracking, and archiving of company documents, ensuring that all documentation is accurate, up to date, properly filed, and accessible to relevant employees.
Qualifications and Key Responsibilities:
- Graduate of Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field;
- Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience in the telecommunications industry;
- Preferably resident of Marikina City or nearby areas;
- Ensure version control and proper labeling of all outgoing and incoming documents;
- Coordinate document reviews and track approval workflows;
- Maintain updated logs and registers for transmittals and revisions using Microsoft applications;
- Work closely with design engineers to organize and track technical files and Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
