We're looking for a reliable and proactive
Personal Assistant
who can help manage the daily flow of work across two dynamic ventures — a
real estate firm
and a
flower café
.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced but creative environment, enjoys organizing, and loves making sure things get done efficiently and beautifully.
What You'll Do
- Support the owner in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
- Manage schedules, appointments, and errands
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal team members
- Assist with real estate paperwork, listings, and client coordination
- Help oversee café operations, restocking, and deliveries as needed
- Prepare basic reports, purchase requests, and simple payment tracking
- Maintain organized files, checklists, and digital records
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Preferably knowledgeable with
Notion
and
Canva - Can work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Trustworthy and dependable; willing to learn about both businesses
- With admin or operations experience preferred, but open to fast learners
Compensation & Benefits
₱25,000/month
