We're looking for a reliable and proactive
Personal Assistant
who can help manage the daily flow of work across two dynamic ventures — a
real estate firm
and a
flower café
.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced but creative environment, enjoys organizing, and loves making sure things get done efficiently and beautifully.

What You'll Do

  • Support the owner in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and errands
  • Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal team members
  • Assist with real estate paperwork, listings, and client coordination
  • Help oversee café operations, restocking, and deliveries as needed
  • Prepare basic reports, purchase requests, and simple payment tracking
  • Maintain organized files, checklists, and digital records
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Qualifications

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Preferably knowledgeable with
    Notion
    and
    Canva
  • Can work independently and manage priorities effectively
  • Trustworthy and dependable; willing to learn about both businesses
  • With admin or operations experience preferred, but open to fast learners
