We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support our finance team with daily accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a basic understanding of accounting principles. This role involves processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and assisting with financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processing.
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, and reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial accuracy.
  • Process payroll and expense reimbursements.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Maintain and update general ledger entries.
  • Support tax preparation and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial matters.
  • Help with budgeting and forecasting as required.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and document organization.
