We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support our finance team with daily accounting tasks.

The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a basic understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processing
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, and reports
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial accuracy
  • Process payroll and expense reimbursements
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Maintain and update general ledger entries
  • Support tax preparation and compliance with financial regulations
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial matters
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting as required
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and document organization
