Treasury Supervisor

The Treasury Supervisor is responsible in cash management and operations of the Treasury Department (i.e.., overseeing check preparation and releasing, monitoring of cash flows, revenue, initiating fund transfer and analyzing the overall finances of the organization as well as proposing strategies for cost reduction.)

• Oversees and manages the operations of Treasury section and ensures that there is an adequate structure for achieving the section's goals and objectives.
• Handles rental/lease report on receivables and collections and ensures that it is timely and accurate.
• Controls and manages cash disbursement activities to ensure smooth cash flow management.
• Assists the Finance Manager in preparing forecast related to cash movements.
• Prepares analysis on company's past, current and future cash position.
• Evaluates, develops, and implements cash management systems to optimize efficiencies.
• Monitors procedures of the department to enforce internal control.
• Ensures safety and privacy of data.
• Implements and interprets policies to subordinates, monitors, and evaluates accounting practices and recommend ways to improve services and efficiency of the department.
• Prepares periodic submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual BIR compliances in a timely manner.
