We're Hiring: Property Manager
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee our residential and commercial properties in Mandaluyong. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to tenants and owners alike.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee day-to-day community operations in compliance with governing documents, contracts, and policies.
  • Conduct property inspections and support architectural review processes.
  • Manage vendor coordination, including bids, contracts, and project oversight.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for Boards and homeowners, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Prepare and distribute Board meeting materials, minutes, and follow-up action items.
  • Review and manage community financials, budgets, and invoices to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of contracts, insurance, and vendor information.
  • Plan and coordinate community events and annual meetings.
  • Provide training and guidance to Board and committee members as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance standards and organizational policies.

What We're Looking For
Minimum of 2 years experience in property management or related field

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Proficiency in property management software tools

Knowledge of US real estate laws and regulations

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
