Customer Service Representative

Duties and Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, processes, or policies.
- Handle customer complaints, troubleshoot problems, and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Document customer interactions and update records in the system.
- Assist customers with account concerns, billing inquiries, or service adjustments.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialized teams when needed.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude in all interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and effective service delivery.
- Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Follow company guidelines, scripts, and communication protocols.
Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year CSR experience
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- English-speaking proficiency required; bilingual skills are a plus
- Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult customer calls
