Do you enjoy fixing processes, improving systems, and making work more efficient?

We are looking for a Business Process Manager to manage and improve manual systems in our restaurants, commissary, and bakery.

What you will do:

  • Lead and monitor manual SOPs (inventory, cashiering, purchasing, costing, HR forms).
  • Audit and check documents, logs, and reports to ensure compliance.
  • Train employees to follow proper processes.
  • Spot weak points and suggest improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
  • Work with Operations, Finance, and HR to solve gaps and strengthen controls.Drive continuous improvement projects across outlets.

Who we need:

  • Civil Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or related course.
  • With proven experience in process/system improvement or operations management (not limited to F&B).
  • Someone who enjoys structure, order, and problem-solving.
  • Strict but fair, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Willing to learn F&B systems (experience in F&B is not required).
