Job Summary:
The Sales & Development Manager is responsible for managing, reviewing and in charge in negotiation of strategic accounts, project bid, business proposal and contact agreement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate as the lead point of contact for relationship matters specific to Strategic accounts of the company
- Maintain and develop a strong, proactive, consultative, working relationship with the client as well as being the escalation point of contact for the client
- Identify and grow opportunities with existing Clients through upsell and cross sell activities and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
- Ensure that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing Senior Management within Operation and Business Development of any problems that may arise
- Leads the team in business reviews
- Ensure accuracy of contracts and proposals
- Complies with timeliness of submission of weekly progress reports and other reports
- Ensures that data and other form of information are secured and free from exposure, loss , destruction and theft
- Adapts to any approved changes in processes as required by the business, client or government
- Sales and Account Management Process
- Buddy up with new team members
- Participates in training, development and other company activities
- Identifies process improvement
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Baseline Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4 year Business course
- 5 years of Sales and Account Management experience
- B2B Solution Selling, Business Development, Account Management
- Specialized in Business Development, Sales/Services, BPO, and B2B Solutions.
- Can start ASAP
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50, Php80,000.00 per month
