The Sales & Development Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing strategic account management, project bidding, business proposals, and contract negotiations. This role plays a key part in driving business growth through proactive client engagement, solution selling, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to the company's strategic accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with key clients, acting as their main escalation point
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling in coordination with the sales team
  • Address and resolve client concerns efficiently, escalating to senior management as necessary
  • Lead business reviews with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Review and ensure the accuracy of all contracts, proposals, and bid submissions
  • Submit weekly progress reports and other required documentation on time
  • Safeguard client and company data, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data security standards
  • Adapt to changes in processes driven by business, client, or regulatory requirements
  • Oversee and support the end-to-end sales and account management processes
  • Mentor new team members and support onboarding initiatives
  • Participate in training, development sessions, and company activities
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance team and business efficiency
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related 4-year course
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales and Account Management
  • Proven background in B2B solution selling, business development, and client relationship management
  • Experience in BPO, Sales/Services, or similar industries is highly preferred
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Able to start immediately or on short notice

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php80,000.00 per month
