JOB OVERVIEW
This role involves leading the development and execution of marketing strategies aimed at increasing market share, customer engagement, and profitability. This position will work closely with internal teams to ensure that marketing campaigns align with business objectives, reinforce brand positioning, and drive measurable results across various channels.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive the growth and profitability of assigned product categories.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, emerging trends, and competitive opportunities.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with the company's brand positioning and target audience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Product Development, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales, to ensure cohesive category plans.
  • Manage the development of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
  • Monitor and achieve key performance indicators, including revenue, margins, budget optimization, and product launch timelines.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization.
  • Conduct regular assessments of market trends, competitor activities, business opportunities, pricing, and trade performance to support business growth.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in brand and/or product/category management.
  • Highly organized with effective project management skills.
  • Work Arrangement: 100% onsite, Monday-Friday, 8 AM-6 PM.
