Brand Senior Specialist (Midea)

Overall Objective:

Serves as a central resource for all brand related information and coordinate with business partners in creating and implementing brand-building activities. Responsible for managing and developing plans that that support brand objectives and creates campaigns that increase the awareness of the brand or company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and enhance a company's brand reputation or identity

• Help promote brand uniformity and ensure brand consistency

• Coordinate objectives with creative, marketing, product management, sales and other departments

• Analyze and support both category and product marketing plans to align with brand strategy and achieve monthly or annual goals

• Develop and implement brand management plans and identify brand-building ideas 

• Create and improve agency and partner relationships

• Ensure brand communication for areas of responsibility are consistent with the company and brand positioning

• Generate and implement media planning, buying, and innovation strategies

• Organize and manage content management and information sharing among departments, divisions and external clients

• Create monthly content and product ad plans

• Provide design and direction for marketing collateral, web and other visual communications media for the company

• Assist in the creation and refinement of graphic standards and visual brand strategies

• Monitor performance of ads or campaign on social media and other platforms as well as digital marketing trends and innovation

• Create and deliver marketing copy and presentation

• Performs other important or urgent tasks as requested by immediate supervisor
