The Role will provide admin support to ensure smooth office operations, managing records, schedules, and documentation.
A key focus is on handling travel arrangements such as booking flights, hotels, and transportation, while ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance overall office efficiency.
- Support office management functions
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
- Maintain an organized filing system for easy retrieval of documents
- Knowledge in Travel Bookings - including Air, Hotel, and other booking arrangements as needed.
- Responsible for the successful completion of travel arrangements.
- Plan itineraries
Requirements:
- A graduate of Business, Accounting, Finance, or related courses.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and within the team
- Knowledge in Travel Bookings - including Air, Hotel, and other booking arrangements as needed.
- Can work under pressure
